基于ANSYS的液压支架360双伸缩立柱有限元分析

摘    要:立柱是液压支架中主要的承载与高度调节件,根据确定的外载荷进行结构的强度设计。传统的设计方法是根据强度理论由安全系数法进行强度和稳定性计算。根据可能的外载荷状态利用ANSYS对结构进行有限元分析,可以实现结构优化,提高结构的承载能力,降低结构的重量和立柱的制造成本。

Abstract:Hydraulic support column is the main load-bearing parts and the high degree of regulation,which is based on the external load to determine the strength of the structural design.Traditional design method is based on strength theory method by the factor to doing safety calculation of strength and stability.According to the state of the possible use of external load on the structure strength of ANSYS analysis,Structural optimization can be achieved to improve the carrying capacity of the structure and reduce structural weight and manufacturing costs column.
