南水北调来水调入密云水库调蓄工程施工难点分析

摘    要:南水北调来水调入密云水库调蓄工程施工几乎涵盖了输水工程中所有的项目类型,加之一些项目在北京市施工经验较少,并且面临着施工工期紧迫、设计周期不足等问题,由此引出了一系列的施工难点。工程施工方案设计中,对泵站施工及混凝土浇筑、引水渠导流标准、PCCP管道施工等主要技术问题进行讨论,通过技术与管理的有效结合,以打破常规的方式考虑问题,攻克施工难点,使得各项目在按照设计要求完成的同时保证施工工期,并确保施工安全。

Abstract:The construction of Miyun Reservoir Regulation and Storage Project for Incoming Water from South-to-North Water Transfer Project almost covers all the types of the items of the water conveyance project, additionally, less experiences of the constructions of some items of the project are there in Beijing, furthermore, the problems such as limited construction period, shortened design cycle, etc. are faced with therein, thus a series of construction difficulties occur. During the design of the project construction scheme, the main technical problems, i.e. pumping station construction and concrete placement, the water diversion criteria for the approach channel, construction of PCCP pipeline, etc. are discussed. Through the effective combination of both the technology and the management, the conventional problem consideration mode is broken up, and then the relevant construction difficulties are overcome, which makes all the items of the project completed in accordance with the design requirements, while the construction period is guaranteed and the safety of the construction is ensured as well.
