摘    要:采用微波辅助乙醇-磷酸氢二钾双水相体系从黄姜中提取总皂苷。以正交实验法研究了提取条件对总皂苷提取率的影响,确定了最佳提取条件:黄姜粉末颗粒大小为80目,微波功率为390 W,微波辐射时间为5 min。在最佳条件下,总皂苷提取率达13.32%。

Abstract:Microwave-assisted aqueous two-phase extraction of total saponins in Dioscorea Zingiberensis was studied by ethanol-dipotassium hydrogen phosphate system.The influence of extraction conditions on the extraction efficiency of the total saponins was investigated by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were: the particle size of Dioscorea Zingiberensis was 80 mesh,microwave power was 390 W and microwave irradiation time was 5 min.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction efficiency of the total saponins was up to 13.32%.
