| Abstract: | As the first barriers to defend storm surges and waves, seawalls are of signiilcant social, economic and ecological benefits. The paper analyzes the industrial chain of seawall construction, and explores new investment modes, which are beneficial to reduce the funding difficulties and investment risks, and enhance the eompetiveness and credibility of companies, so as to promote sound development of seawall construction. |
