摘    要:依据金属腐蚀电化学过程相关理论的一般性原理,对水套炉受热面垢下腐蚀加速机理做了较为详细的理论分析。指出受热面结垢处与周围环境温度和热负荷的不平衡,导致形成温度差和浓度差电池,发生电化学过程使得受热面结垢处金属壁加速腐蚀。最后提出了减缓腐蚀的途径。

Abstract:Basing on heating surface corrosion of water jacket heater, by the general principles of the electrochemistry on metal corrosion, an accelerating corrosion mechanism under scale of heat- ing surface of heater was analyzed. The paper puts forward that an accessional thermoelectric cell and concentration cell were generated due to imbalance of surroundings temperature and thermal load in scale side. The metal of heating surface in scale side had been corroded faster electrochem- istry process. Final the paper points out some ways to slow down the corrosion process.
