低变质煤富氧低温干馏试验研究

摘    要:用富氧代替空气与煤气燃烧提供热源,利用燃烧废气与低温干馏过程产生的干馏煤气混合形成高温循环气,对煤进行富氧干馏。试验结果表明,在不改变现行低温干馏炉结构的情况下,富氧干馏完全可行,可大幅提高煤气的有效成分,降低氮含量,煤气热值是空气助燃干馏的2倍以上,煤气放散量减少约3/4。

Abstract:Combustion is done with enriched oxygen air instead of air and gas to provide heat source. The enriched oxygen carbonization is carried out for coal by the utilization of high temperature circulating gas formed by mixing combustion waste gas and carbonized gas generated during low temperature carbonization. The test result shows that enriched oxygen carbonization is completely feasible without changing the current low temperature carbonization oven structure. The enriched oxygen carbonization can raise the effective components in gas greatly and reduce the nitrogen content. The calorific value of gas is more than two times of the calorific value of air-aid' combustion carbonization and gas bleeding amount is reduced by three quarters.
