| 摘 要： | 以某钢厂连铸过程为工程背景,设计了中间包钢水液位自动控制系统。简要介绍了中间包钢水控制的工艺,分析了系统干扰、控制难点等存在的难题,阐述了系统所选用的算法,并讨论了PLC和监控软件的实现。通过现场运行证明该方案具有较强的可行性。

| Abstract: | A tundish level automatic control system is designed for continuous casting process of a steelworks.The technology of tundish level control are stated in detail.The system distrurb and control difficulty are analysed.The system algorithm,the realization of PLC and supervision software are also discussed in this paper. |
