曲柄式飞剪控制系统的应用与完善

摘    要:介绍了首钢京唐钢铁公司2250mm热轧生产线曲柄式飞剪自动控制系统的构成,并针对剪切系统中存在的剪切不稳定、误剪切、切头切尾不准等情况,分别通过配置中断标志位,采用中断程序优先控制,保证了系统的快速响应和实时性;对热金属探测器和剪切测量辊进行防护和线路改造,确保剪切系统的稳定和精确;同时在程序中增加防抖程序来屏蔽误信号,保证了剪切的准确性。

Abstract:The automation control system of crank shear used in 2250mm hot strip line of Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel Co. were introduced. In view of unstable shearing, error shearing and disaccuracy of shearing head and end, the automation control system was optimized, and good effects were obtained.
