低渗油藏水平井水泥浆体系及施工技术

水平井技术作为提高采收率、降低开发成本的一条有效途径已经在国内外得到广泛应用。水平井开发低渗透油藏能数倍的扩大油藏的泄油体积，减小生产压差，增加原油产量，但低渗油藏水平井固井一直是固井领域的难题。本文重点分析了胜利低渗油藏水平井固井技术现状、难点及攻关思路, 优选了零自由水、低失水、流变性好、直角稠化、微膨胀、防窜性能强的水泥浆体系，选用了与水泥浆体系、钻井液相容性好的冲洗前置液，采用了相应的固井技术措施，从而提高了胜利低渗油藏水平井的固井质量。
