椰子胺对渣油体系粘度和稳定性的影响

摘    要:考察了表面活性剂椰子胺对石油沥青质体系粘度和胶体稳定性的影响,初步探讨了粘度和胶体稳定性随椰子胺质量分数变化的原因。结果表明,加入椰子胺后,随着质量分数的增加,体系粘度先减小后增加,在其质量分数为0.5%时有极小值,粘度降低26.5%,此时胶体稳定性参数也为极小值。体系组成分析结果表明,在一定椰子胺质量分数下,椰子胺分子能分离沥青质中少量芳香分,使之成为分散介质中游离的芳香分,从而有可能改变沥青质的缔合状况,表现为体系粘度降低。

Abstract:The effect of coconut amine on the viscosity and stability of residue asphaltene system was studied and the change in viscosity and colloid stability with coconut amine content was discussed briefly.Results showed that a decrease of the system viscosity followed by an increase with the coconut amine content was observed,and a minimum(viscosity reduced 26.5%)appeared at a coconut amine content of 0.5%,which was also the point for minimum colloid stability.The SARA analysis results showed that coconut amine might separate a small amount of aromatics from the asphaltene to act as free aromatics in the system,which could affect the association of asphaltene and thus reducing the system viscosity.
