环丁砜抽提蒸馏工艺在海南炼化苯抽提装置的应用

摘    要:介绍了环丁砜抽提蒸馏工艺(SED)在海南炼油化工有限公司210kt/a苯抽提装置的工业应用情况。结果表明,该工艺技术先进,技术指标达到同类装置先进水平。苯产品纯度99.99%,结晶点为5.43℃,苯产品回收率为99.67w%。能耗、物耗低,蒸汽耗量为0.538t/t进料,环丁砜耗量小于2g/t进料。此外,还分析了装置目前存在的问题及采取的应对措施。

Abstract:Abstract Sulfolane extractive distillation process was successfully commercialized at the 210kt/a benzene extraction unit of Hainan Refinery. The operation results showed that the benzene purity and recovery rate were 99.99% and 99.67%, respectively; the crystallizing point of benzene was 5.43℃. The energy and material consumption of the unit was low, for instance, the steam and sulfolane consumption for processing per ton feed was 0.538 t and less than 1 g, respectively. Besides, some problems and solutions during the operation, such as isolation from oxygen and control of chlorine content to suppress the degradation of sulfolane and proper adjusting the clay activity during the purification of benzene, were introduced.
