摘    要:为了快速测定废氰化镀金溶液中Au,Cu,Ni,Fe四种元素含量,采用一步消解直接进行ICP-AES测定。并对分析谱线、元素干扰和等离子体参数进行了讨论。结果表明,方法检出限为0.014—0.019μg/ml,加标回收率在97.3—101.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2.54%。该方法准确、快速、简便。应用于废氰化镀金溶液的回收生产,结果令人满意。

Abstract:Au, Cu, Ni and Fe in the cyanide waste solution for gold-plating by ICP-AES were directly determined by ICP-AES after digest and decomposition. The spectral lines for analysis, disturbing elements and plasma parameters were discussed .The results show that the detection limits were 0.014-0.019μg/ml, the recoveries were 97.3-101.0% and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were less than 2.54%.The method is accurate, quick and convenient. It can be applied for determination of Au, Cu, Ni and Fe in the waste cyanide solution in the gold recovery production with satisfactory results.
