摘    要:为缩短更短低变催化剂的时间,从降温、更换和升温还原3个方面介绍快速更换催化剂的流程和操作步骤。结果表明,最佳途径是在不钝化的前提下更换第1、2层低变催化剂。

Abstract:In order to shorten the time replacing the low temperature shift catalyst, the process and operation procedure for rapidly replacing the catalyst are introduced from the 3 aspects of temperature reducing, replacing and heating, the result indicates that optimum path is replacing the first and second layer of low temperature shift catalyst under the presupposition without passivation.
