微细钼粉的团聚及其对钼丝加工的影响

摘    要:对生产细钼丝用微细钼粉的形貌和结构进行了显微分析和研究。结果发现,微细钼粉的团聚结构,其中包括晶粒界面、钼粉颗粒界面和团聚钼粉的表面不但对钼氧化物的还原速度,而且对钼粉的加工性能发生了重要的影响。研究结果表明,微细钼粉的团聚度主要取决于其母体所由生成时包括加料方式在内的酸度控制技术。为了生产轻微团聚、粒度均匀的微细钼粉以便为细钼丝生产提供优秀原料,应当严格控制生产β型四钼酸铵的酸度条件。

Abstract:The aggregation structure of fine molybdenum powder required in manufacturing fine molybdenum wires was analysed by scanning electric microscope.Results have shown that the aggregation molybdenum powder combined with surface area is consist of molybdenum grain combined with grain boundary interface;The molybdenum grain is consist of molybdenum crystal nucleus combined with crystal nucleus interface.The aggregation extent is the important effecting factor on the processing of molybdenum wires.And the acidity value in the acid precipitation process is the most important factor on the molybdenum aggregation.
