| 摘 要： | 全球化是这个时代城市发展的宏大主题，而区域规划构成了迈向国际大都市的空间技术手段的重要部分。然而，从当前的实际情况来看，让人不得不反思的是，在既定的结构性因素的制约之下区域规划在都市更新、旧城改造中所扮演的角色和它的技术理性的有效性限度。

| Abstract: | With the globalization being the main theme in contemporary urban development, the regional planning is an important space technique in the project towards international metropolises. However, the actual state of affairs reminds us that it is necessary to reflect on the role of regional planning in city reconstruction and its limitation of technical rationality, considering the restriction of some established structural factors. |
