摘    要:目的:分析同一项目在不同仪器的检测结果是否具有可比性。评价4种血细胞分析仪测定结果的准确性和一致性。方法:以日本SYSMEX公司生产的XE-2100为目标仪器,XE-5000、XN-2000和深圳迈瑞公司生产的BC-6800为实验仪器。采用中、低值标准血细胞质控品每天一次对4台仪器进行质控,连续统计30天,评价仪器的精密度;每天随机选取标本8例,共测定5天,测定白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)和血小板(PLT),计算实验仪器和目标仪器之间的相对偏差,并判断结果之间的可比性。结果四台仪器的质控统计结果显示,精密度和稳定性均很好,变异系数(CV)均小于1/3CLIA'88;比对结果显示实验仪器和目标仪器之间各项指标的相对偏差符合标准,在1/2CLIA'88允许总误差范围之内,各项检测项目之间有很好的相关性,r均大于0.975。结论:4种全自动血细胞分析仪测定结果之间有较好的可比性。

Abstract:The XE-2100 was taken as the reference instrument,while the XE-5000, XN-2000 and BC-6800 were compared with it respectively.The quality control tests were used to evaluate the precision of the instruments.Eight cases were collected randomly a day and continuously detected for five days.The experiment results showed that the precision and stability of four instruments were very good, the coefficients of variation (CV) were all less than 1/3CLIA'88.The relative bias between the contrastive instrument and the reference instrument was in line with the judgment standard, which was within the allowable range of 1/2CLIA'88.The test items had good correlation,r was greater than 0.975.The test results of four automatic blood cell analyzers are comparable.
