聚苯乙烯中残余苯乙烯测定方法的建立

摘    要:参照ISO 2561:2012,采用气相色谱法测定聚苯乙烯中的残余苯乙烯1],将聚合物样品溶于含有正丁基苯内标物的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,然后将少量聚合物溶液直接注入气相色谱中(方法 A);或将沉淀剂加入到聚合物溶液中,待沉淀后取上层清液注入到气相色谱中进行测定(方法 B)。测定结果的重复性满足方法重复性±5%的要求,两种方法的回收率都在100±5%范围内。

Abstract:Residual styrene contained in polystyrene was determined in this paper with reference to ISO 2561:2012,using gas chromatography.The polymer samples were dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) solvent and n-butyl benzene was used as internal standard substance.A little polymer solution was directly injected into gas chromatograph(method A) or precipitant was added into polymer solution, and then supernatant after precipitation would be injected into gas chromatograph (method B).The test results of two methods showed that the repeatability errors were ±5% and recovery rates were 100±5%, they all can meet the test requirement.
