塔式起重机变幅机构模糊优化设计

摘    要:针对塔式起重机变幅机构的设计实例,在模糊数学的基础上采用模糊优化设计方法求解。考虑到设计参数取值的不确定性和影响设计的某些因素很难用确定数值表示, 根据常规优化设计,建立模糊约束条件。在满足承载能力和刚度要求条件下,以变幅机构中蜗轮齿冠体积最小为优化目标,建立模糊优化设计的数学模型,并给出优化方法和结果分析。

Abstract:Adopts fuzzy design optimization method for the sample of traction mechanism in tower hoist on the basis of fuzzy maths. According to the conventional design optimization and considering the random character of the value of design parameters and some factors whose value is very indefinite, the fuzzy constraints are set up, including the property and boundary constraints. Being satisfied with the conditions of load-bearing capacity and stiffness, the maths model in fuzzy design optimization is set up which is to minimize the volume of tooth corona of worm gear in traction mechanism, and the optimization method and result analysis are given.
