金属表面处理工艺水洗过程研究

水洗是金属表面处理工艺中不可缺少的组成部分,其过程质量好坏直接影响到产品的表面质量。本文主要对金属表面处理工艺中水洗过程的质量要求、水洗方法、水洗水的循环再利用等进行了研究,并例举了一些应用实例,希望对金属表面处理工艺用水及供排水管理有一定的参考价值。

Study on water scrubbing process of metallic surface treatment technique

The water scrubbing process is the necessary part of the metallic surface treatment technique,and it will affect the surface quality of products directly. This paper studied the standard of water scrubbing quality,the way of water scrubbing,and the recycle of the waste water in the water scrubbing process of metallic surface treatment technique,exemplified some living examples. It is earnestly hoped that it will have some reference value for metallic surface treatment technique and for water management.
