摘    要:针对多品种小批量生产的特点,提出了一种基于JIT生产模式的工序计划生成启发式算法,并建立了数学模型。算法采取物料“平行顺序移动”方式,以逆工艺路线的顺序编制关重件的工序计划,编制过程中考虑了工序单件工时跨多个工作日的情况,同时通过设置监控节点来应对在特定生产周期内安排超负荷生产任务的特殊情况。最后给出了算法示例。

Research on JIT- based Procedure Plans Generation Algorithm for the Key Parts

Abstract:According to the characters of the mode of multi - varieties and small - batch production, it proposers a Heuristic Procedure Plans Generation Algorithm(HPPGA) based on Just - in- Time(JIT) for production mode to generate key parts' working procedure plans in reverse sequence of process route. This model uses the way of parallel and aligned moving. The algorithm also takes into account the special cases that the working time of single work piece crosses several working days, a overloading production task needs to be completed in specific period.
