摘    要:在悬臂类结构的增材制造过程中,其结构的重心在竖直方向上的投影必须位于底端支撑区域之内以防倾倒。基于此本文提出一种质量分布更新方法,使每一次迭代后的质量分布满足悬臂结构重心沿竖直方向的投影始终位于底端支撑区域之内。将该算法应用拓扑优化方法中,并添加增材制造的倾角约束,优化得到具有抗倾覆稳定性的悬臂结构。对该构型进行3D打印实验验证,结果表明加入质量分布更新算法的拓扑优化悬臂结构能够凭借自重稳定站立,具有抗倾覆稳定性。

Abstract:The projection of the center of gravity of the cantilever structure in the vertical direction must be located in the bottom support area in order to prevent dumping during the manufacturing of the cantilever structure. This paper proposes a mass distribution update method. In the method, the projection that satisfies the center of gravity of the cantilever structure in the vertical direction is always within the bottom support area. Applying this method to the topology optimization, and the inclination constraint of the additive manufacturing is added to optimization program, then the cantilever structure with anti-overturning stability is obtained. The 3 D printing experiment is carried out on the configuration. The results show that the topology-optimized cantilever structure with the mass distribution update algorithm can stand stably by its own weight and has anti-overturning stability.
