摘    要:针对某电厂1 900 t/h超临界压力锅炉一次螺旋水冷壁管泄漏事故,通过水冷壁管爆口部位宏观分析、割管取样检测、回路通气、联箱接口和管路变径部位内窥镜检查以及回路分段通球等多项技术手段进行了检查,最终查明泄漏原因为螺旋水冷壁管避让燃烧器喷口弯头部位内部卡塞,回路内部通流面积减小导致管子局部长期过热所致.

Abstract:In view of a leakage accident of spiral water-wall tubes of 1 900 t/h super critical boiler in a power plant and based on the macro analysis on the bursting position of the water-wall tubes,the measurement of the cut sample and the inspection with a contact flash memory card in the positions of the loop ventilation,the header connector and the tube reducer,the cause of leakage has finally been found out,i.e.the bend position of burner’s spray nozzle is blocked up,the internal flow area of the loop is reduced and the spiral water-wall tube is overheated in a long time.
