摘    要:介绍了华能海门电厂3 033 t/h锅炉的燃烧器工作原理、布置方式,分析了机组168 h试运行期间出现的排烟温度偏高、飞灰含碳量偏大、部分管壁超温、部分燃烧器烧红(烧损)、煤粉贴墙、轻微结焦等现象,经过燃烧试验,锅炉运行状况得到了优化.

Abstract:The working principle,arrangement and some problems occurred during 168 hours trial operation of the burner in 3 033 t/h boiler of Huaneng Haimen Power Plant have been introduced, including the problems such as higher temperature of the exhausted flue-gas,higher carbon content of flying ash,overrating temperature of some tube-wall,burning loss of some burners,pulverized coal sticking on tube-wall and slight coking,etc.The boiler operation is optimized based on burning test.
