摘    要:用MD-S80分子蒸馏装置对油酰胺粗品进行了提纯,较佳工艺条件为:初次蒸馏压力25Pa、温度130℃、刮膜转速340r/min、流量100g/h;二次蒸馏压力3Pa、温度135℃、刮膜转速340r/min、流量100g/h。得到的精制油酰胺用GC-MS分析检测,精制后的油酰胺质量分数为96.44%,收率为90.42%。

Abstract:The crude oleamide was purified by molecular distillation, and the optimal technological conditions were found as follows: in the first distillation, pressure is 25 Pa, temperature is 130℃, scraper speed is 340 r/min and flow is 100 g/h; and in the second distillation, pressure is 3 Pa, temperature is 135℃, scraper speed is 340 r/min and flow is 100 g/h. The product was analyzed by GC-MS and the results showed that its mass percentage of oleamide is 96. 44% and the yield is 90. 42%.
