二氧化锰/碳纳米管/聚吡咯复合材料的制备及性能

摘    要:为了进一步实现其他材料与聚吡咯的性能互补与优化,先以甲基橙为掺杂剂,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,采用软模板法制备具有一维纳米结构的聚吡咯,再利用水热法制备二氧化锰/碳纳米管复合材料,最后将二氧化锰/碳纳米管复合材料与聚吡咯进行混合处理,改变复合材料中二氧化锰/碳纳米管复合材料和聚吡咯微米管的含量,得到了3种不同比例的二氧化锰/碳纳米管/聚吡咯复合材料. 采用扫描电子显微镜测试观察所得产物的微观形貌,通过X-射线粉末衍射仪测试其结构与组成,最后通过电化学工作站测试分析复合物的电化学性能与循环稳定性. 结果表明,二氧化锰/碳纳米管/聚吡咯复合材料在微观上复合均匀,电容性能比单独的聚吡咯或二氧化锰/碳纳米管复合材料量有显著改善.

Synthesis and Properties of MnO2/Carbon Nanotube/Polypyrrole Composites

Abstract:To expand and optimize the properties of polypyrrole (PPy),PPy with one-dimensional nanostructure was first prepared via soft template method using methyl orange as dopant and ammonium persulfate as oxidant. MnO2/carbon nanotube (MnO2/CNT) composites were synthesized by hydrothermal method. Then,MnO2/CNT and PPy were mixed by changing the ratio of MnO2/CNT and PPy to obtain MnO2/CNT/PPy composites with different composition. The morphologies of the composites were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The structure and composition of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction. The electrochemical performance and cycling stability of the composites were tested by electrochemical workstation. The results show that the composites have better electrochemical performance in supercapacitor than PPy or MnO2/CNT.
