活性艳兰X-BR的微生物降解

摘    要:从大连普兰店盐场盐池底泥样品中,分离得到一株具有耐盐性,可以分解活性蓝的菌株S32。该菌株分子生物学鉴定为Bacillus megaterium,能在以活性艳兰为唯一氮源的培养基中生存,对质量浓度为80、604、0 mg/L的活性艳兰的降解率分别为90.0%、86.4%、91.7%。在3.05%盐(NaCl)质量分数的培养基中对40 mg/L活性艳兰的降解率为71.0%。

Abstract:Halotolerant bacterium S32,capable of degrading the active light blue X-BR,was screened from brine sludge in Dalian.It was identified to be genus Bacillus megaterium by molecular biology.This is the only bacterium survivable in the nitrogen source medium.The degradation rates for the active bright blue X-BR with concentration of 40mg/L,60mg/L,80mg/L are 90.0%,86.4%,91.7% respectively.Under 3.05% of salt concentration,the rate of degradation of 40mg/L active bright blue X-BR is 71%.
