| 摘 要： | 某高炉大修改造工程,原设计为1260m3高炉,经过一次改造扩容为1350m3高炉,本次改造拟扩容为2000m3高炉,需要对高炉炉壳进行拆除后更换,施工方法拟采用高炉整体推移技术。本次高炉大修改造工程炉本体部分,主要涉及到高炉地基承载力、高炉基础的改造、炉体框架的加固与改造、高炉推移基础的设计、高炉整体推移等几个问题。文章对以上几个问题进行了分析和总结。

| Abstract: | The 1260 m^3 blast furnace,enlarged to 1350 m^3.after a renovation,would be enlarged to 2000 m^3.The old blast furnace shell should be removed and reconstructed.The method of construction will be integral traction.The furnace body of the renovation works will be relate to ground bearing capacity,renovation of blast furnace foundation,strengthening of furnace frame,design of traction foundation and integral traction.The mentioned above will be analyzed and generalized in the text. |
