摘    要:本文研究了添加稀土元素的T(10)钢冲击性能和断口形貌的关系。试验表明,在T(10)钢中添加稀土元素对硬度没有明显的影响,但能显著改善该钢的冲击韧性。对稀土改善T(10)钢冲击韧性和断口形貌的原因进行了初步讨论。

Abstract:n his paper the investigation has been made on the correlation be tween the impact toughness and fracture morphology for steel T10 with and without adding RE. The results show that RE additive may improve considerably the impact toughness and has little effect on har dness of steel T10. The lives of the cold punching dies produced using steel T10 treated with RE are longer by a factor of 2. 0 than those of steel T10 without TE.
