甲醛改性大豆分离蛋白/天然橡胶复合材料的性能研究

摘    要:以天然橡胶(NR)为主体材料,甲醛改性大豆分离蛋白(M-SPI)为填料替代不同质量份数的炭黑,研究M-SPI/NR复合材料的物理机械性能,并对材料拉伸断面的形貌进行扫描电镜分析.结果表明,M-SPI/NR复合材料具有优良的力学性能和物理机械性能.在M-SPI的质量份数为5 phr时,制得的材料的物理性能最佳.

Abstract:A methanal modified SPI(M-SPI)/NR composite was prepared by using NR and M-SPI as the matrix and the alterative of CB,and the influence of M-SPI on mechanical properties of the composite was investigated.Moreover,the tensile sectional morphology of the composite was analyzed by SEM.The results show that the M-SPI /NR composite has excellent mechanical properties.And the M-SPI /NR composite with the optimal physical properties can be obtained when the amount of M-SPI is 5 phr in the composite.
