数控线切割机床锥度加工分析

摘    要:系统地介绍了数控线切割机床加工锥度的方法,详细分析了数控线切割机床的锥度切割装置种类、工作原理、锥度切割形式,指出平动式锥度切割装置适合于小锥度的加工,精度高;摆动式锥度切割装置适合于大锥度加工,目前的锥度加工精度还有待于进一步提高.结合生产实践给出了计算机编程方式,为锥度加工提供了强有力的的工具.

Abstract:Taper manufacturing by NC-WEDM was systematically introduced. Taper cutting device type, working theory and taper cutting type were analyzed in detail. It was pointed out that the transitional taper cutting device was suitable for small taper manufacturing with high precision and rotational taper cutting device was suitable for large taper manufacturing. At present, taper manufacturing accuracy is still ready to improve. Computer programming was applied in actual manufacturing, providing a strong tool for taper manufacturing.
