摘    要:空气压缩机在原有联控系统的基础上添加了高压变频调速系统,应用IGBT直接串联技术、直接速度控制技术、抗共模电压技术和正弦波技术。同时进行了运行方式的升级改造,消除了原系统启动电流大、维修费用高、空载运行时间长和气压波动大等缺陷,达到了节能降耗的目的。

Abstract:High-voltage frequency control system,with IGBT-type direct series technology,direct speed controlling technology,common-mode voltage bucking technology,and sinusoidal wave technology,was applied in former combined control system.Meanwhile,the operational mode of the system was upgraded.Through these,the defects of former system,such as,large starting current,high maintenance cost,long non-load running time,and large pressure fluctuation were eliminited,energy consumption was reduced.
