| 摘 要： | 库思玛纤维是一种十字型截面、具有吸湿快干功能的涤纶纤维,用其制成的面料穿着挺刮,高雅华丽,色彩鲜艳,还具有吸湿快干的特点,被广泛应用于运动服装.但其质量比电阻大,易起静电,生产难度高,在开清棉前需进行特殊预处理;与精梳细绒棉混纺时采用条混工艺,严格控制混纺比;赛络纺产品在细纱工序要注意牵伸通道的两根须条必须平行,保证库思玛纤维与精梳细绒棉混纺针织纱质量的稳定.
