| 摘 要： | 叙述了两种不同孔径的中空纤维超滤膜分别与微滤膜装置相结合,纯化、浓缩酶溶液的试验研究,开发出了一套兼有超滤、微滤、活性炭过滤器等装置于一体的工艺流程;并对该工艺进行了高倍数酶溶液浓缩的可行性探讨;分析了几种主要运行参数对整个工艺的影响．

| Abstract: | The concentration and purification of enzyme by using two kinds of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes with different MWCOS following microfiltration were investigated. A process consisting of ultrafiltration, microfiltration, activated carbon filter and so on was developed. The performance o concentrating enzyme with high concentration rate by using this process was studied. The effects of several major parameters concerning the whole process were analyzed. |
