摘    要:
本文分析了探测器存在二阶、三阶非线性对傅立叶变换轮廓术的影响 ,对抽样频率的确定给出了严格的理论分析和公式推导。分析表明 :由于非线性的影响 ,必须增大抽样频率才可避免频谱混叠 ,保证傅立叶变换轮廓术的测量精度。计算机模拟实验给出了不同抽样频率对三维重建的影响 ,实验结果证实了理论分析的正确性

Abstract:
In this paper,We discuss the effect of nonlinearity in detector on Fourier transform profilometry,give the severe analyse of theory and deduction of formulate to decide the sampling frequency.Analysis indicates:due to the effect of nonlinearity,sampling frequency must be increased to avoid overlapping spectrum and ensure the precision of measurement.The effect of 3-D reconstruction by different sampling frequency is given by computer simulation experiment,the result of experiment verifies the correctness of the theory analysis.
