| 摘 要： | 针对制备木糖醇片剂中存在的一些技术问题,如粘合剂的选择、润滑粉的选择、木糖醇颗粒水分含量和最佳工艺配比等,通过实验,研究出了最佳粘合剂、最佳润滑粉、最佳木糖醇颗粒水分含量和工艺配方,并采用先进的工艺流程和正确的技术操作,研制出了质地均匀、稳定性好、口感好、硬度和崩解时限值符合要求的木糖醇片剂。

| Abstract: | In this paper, based on many experiments of technical problems during the research of tablet-xylitol, including the choice of bond agent, the choice of powderedlubricant, moisture content of xylitol granule and the experiments of making out direction. Through experimentations, the best bond agent, powderedlubricant, moisture content of xylitol granule and direction are found out. Besides adopting advanced technique process and operation, the tablet-xylitol of medium uniformity, good stability, good mouth feel, being up to the mustard of rigidity and disintegration time limited numerical value is manufactured. |
