| 摘 要： | 介绍在煤粉还原芒硝法基础上制备硫化钠,采用国家专利新型板式蒸发器进行浓缩,改进了生产工艺,使产品在质量、成本、能耗等各个方面的经济技术指标达到或超过国家标准和国际标准,综合效益比列管式蒸发器高出23 1%,建设投资低于列管式蒸发器 47%。

| Abstract: | The preparation of sodium sulphide based on pulverized-coal reducing sodium sulphate method was introduced.The process of which was improved by using the new-type plate evaporator,thus making the economic indicators of the product up to or superior to the national and international standards in aspects of quality,cost and energy consumption,etc.Its composite benefit is 23.1% higher than that of shell and tube evaporator,and constuction cost is 47% lower than that of shell and tube evaporator. |
