摘    要:针对济钢中厚板生产中产生的钢板分层缺陷,本文仅就钢水氧化性对分层的影响,通过试验不同的炼钢脱氧工艺,着重研究分析了钢水脱氧过程对钢板发层的影响,并提出进一步完善炼钢脱氧工艺,以减少分层缺陷的思路及方法。

Abstract:In view of the delaminate defect in the plates produced in Ji'nan Iron & steel Corporation,for the influence of steel oxidization on delaminate,the study on the influence of deoxidization degree of molten steel on delaminate in plates has been carried out via the experiments on various deoxidization technologies. The concept and methods of reduction on laminate defect by further improvement of deoxidization technology have been put forward.
