摘    要:采用低游离甲醛三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作为交联剂对纯棉织物进行CP阻燃整理,探讨了阻燃剂用量、交联剂用量,焙烘温度和时间对阻燃效果的影响。正交实验结果表明,最优阻燃整理工艺为CP阻燃剂用量350g/L,交联剂用量70g/L,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间2min经优化工艺阻燃整理后的纯棉织物经50次洗涤后,损毁长度为7.5cm,续燃时间为1.5s,阴燃时间为0S,具有较好的阻燃性能。

Abstract:Effects of flame retardant dosage,cross-linking agent dosage,curing temperature and time on flame-retardant results after using a low-free methanal melamine resin in CP flame retardant finishing of cotton fabric were discussed.The orthogonal test results showed that the optimal flame-retardant finishing process was CP flame retardant dosage of 350 g/L,cross-linking agent dosage of 70 g/L and curing conditions of 160 ℃× 2 min.The flame-retardant finished cotton fabric featured well flame-retardant property and durability after 50 times washing as the experiments results indicated that afterflame time of 1.5 s,afterglow time of os and damaged length of 7.5 cm.
