富银锰结核银锰分离的试验研究

摘    要:以复合还原剂A+B作为还原剂在硫酸介质下对富银锰结核进行浸出研究。考察了硫酸用量、液固比和反应时间对浸出结果的影响, 并对浸出机理进行了探讨。得到最佳的Mn、Ag分离条件为: 硫酸35 mL/100 g矿、液固比3∶1、反应时间4 h。在此浸出条件下, 锰的浸出率达到90%以上, 银的品位从原矿中274 g/t提高到浸出渣中700 g/t, 且银的回收率达到95%以上。

Abstract:Experiment was conducted on the leaching of silver-rich manganese nodules in sulfuric acid medium by using compound reducing agent A+B as reductant. The effects of sulfuric acid consumption, L/S ratio and reaction time on leaching results were investigated, and the leaching mechanism was also discussed. The optimum conditions for separating Mn and Ag were obtained as follows: 35 mL sulfuric acid per 100 g ore, L/S ratio of 3∶1 and reaction time of 4 hours. Under such conditions, the leaching rate of manganese reached above 90%, and the grade of silver improved from 274 g/t in the original ore to 700 g/t in the leaching residue with silver recovery rate reaching above 95%.
