摘    要:针对四川某氧化锌矿锌含量偏低、氧化程度较深, 泥化严重的特点, 提出了“硫化锌优先浮选-尾矿摇床脱泥-氧化锌硫化浮选”工艺流程。在原矿锌品位为1.45%时, 可获得锌品位38.42%、锌回收率32.63 %的硫化锌精矿和锌品位31.24%、锌回收率35.73%的氧化锌精矿, 所得硫化锌精矿及氧化锌精矿累计锌品位为34.30%, 锌回收率为68.36%, 取得了较理想的选矿指标。

Abstract:To recover a highly oxidized and slimed zinc oxide ore with low content of zinc from Sichuan Province, a technological flowsheet was introduced consisting of preferential flotation of zinc sulfide, desliming by tabling and sulfuration flotation of zinc oxide. From a run-of-mine ore with a zinc grade of 1.45%, a zinc sulfide concentrate with zinc grade and recovery of 38.42% and 32.63%, respectively, and a zinc oxide concentrate with zinc grade and recovery of 31.24%  and 35.73%, respectively, were prepared, and the total zinc grade and recovery were 34.30% and 68.36%, resulting in good separation index.
