摘    要:喷墨系统中多喷头的供墨压力均匀性是影响喷墨质量的重要因素,特别是对于喷头数量较多的单程式喷墨系统。结合实际喷墨需求,通过理论分析表明,沿程阻力损失和过滤器压力损失是影响供墨均匀性最主要因素。并在Fluent软件模拟的基础上,模拟分析了多种优化方案,并通过喷墨试验验证:采用内径4mm墨管,喷头数:入口数不超过4:1时,可以保障供墨均匀性良好。

Abstract:The uniformity of ink supply is an important factor to affect printing quality,especially in array type print head system.This paper made analysis based on hydrodynamics and simulation in software.According to multiple ink-jet needs,theoretical and experimental researches have been done.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that: using 4mm inner diameter tube and with a ratio of print heads: entries no more than 4:1,good uniformity can be guaranteed.
