干酪乳杆菌Lactobacillus casei 393在鼠消化道内定植能力及分布规律的研究

研究了干酪乳杆菌Lactobacillus casei 393在小鼠肠道中定植能力及分布规律。利用羧基荧光素二乙酸琥珀酰亚胺酯分子探针对干酪乳杆菌Lactobacillus casei 393进行标记,以每只1010mL-1的量,口服途径喂给BALB/c鼠,分别于口服后的第1,3,5,6 d取其十二指肠、空肠、回肠、结肠等肠段,通过流式细胞仪检测肠内的标记阳性菌。实验结果显示:经口服后第5 d,干酪乳杆菌Lactobacillus casei 393开始在BALB/c鼠肠道中定植,在十二指肠、空肠、回肠、结肠的定植率分别为28.70%,29.77%,15.63%,26.17%,第6 d标记的阳性菌出现明显的生长趋势,阳性检出率分别为71.77%,57.31%,65.44%,53.13%。研究表明干酪乳杆菌Lactobacillus casei 393具有良好的肠道定植能力。

Colonization ability and distribution of Lactobacillus casei 393 in mouse gut

This study investigated the colonization potential and distribution of Lactobacillus casei 393 in mouse intestine by using 5(and 6)-carboxyfluorescein diacetate,succinimidyl ester(CFDA-SE).The BALB/c mice were orally dosed with approximately 1010 CFDA-SE-labelled Lactobacillus casei 393 by orogastric administration.The positive CFDA-SE-labelled bacterium in duodenum,jejunum,ileum and colon of BALB/c mice were enumerated through the flow cytometry on days 1,3,5,6 after orogastric administration.The result: showed that Lactobacillus casei 393 could colonize in the intestine of BALB/c mice on day 5,the colonization percentages were 28.70%,29.77%,15.63%,26.17% in duodenum,jejunum,ileum and colon,respectively.On day 6,the labelled Lactobacillus casei 393 could grow evidently,the positive labeled bacterium percentages were 71.77%,57.31%,65.44%,53.13%,respectively.
