主成分分析在白车身焊装误差控制中的应用

摘    要:对白车身焊装过程中的焊装点超差区域进行分析,应用主成分分析方法从CMM测量数据中分析出误差因素个数并且在测点误差中分离出调整量.结合实际白车身焊装过程中的误差源并参考调整量进行修正.针对右后围灯区域的焊装点CMM测量数据超差案例进行应用。验证了主成分分析在白车身焊装误差控制中的有效性.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the ultra-poor region of welding point in the process of BIW welding. By using principal component analysis and the data from CMM measurement, the number of error factors can be determined, and the volume to adjust error in welding point can be separated. By analyzing the error resources in the actual welding process and referring to the volume to adjust, amendment is made. With the case study of CMM measurement data from ultra-poor region in the right near light assembly point, it shows that principal component analysis is effective in error control for BIW welding.
