晋城市小水库的除险加固

晋城市小型水库星罗棋布、数量多、分布广、防洪标准低,病、险情多,情况复杂,防汛任务重。针对这一情况,本文根据晋城市小型水库工程现状和运行管理状况,对小型水库枢纽工程出现的各类病、险表进行了分类分析,对小型水库工程除险加固进度慢、成效小的原因作了认真剖析,并实事求是地提出了本市小型水库除险加固工作的实施计划和具体实施措施。

According to the present status ,the state of operation and management on the small reservoirs ,Jincheng city ,shanxi ,the threatened situation of them had beem classified and therewithal analyzed .And further ,according to the analysis of the cause which causes the slowness of rate of progress and little achievement in the strengthening project in the past ,the implement plan and the correaponding measures in the near future were put forward .There are small reserrcirs 98 in Jinchwng city ,72per cent of them are ,more or less ,in a "sick"or dangerous state needing to be strengthened .
