微穿孔组合夹芯板吸声性能与承载力的研究

摘    要:为了得到微穿孔组合夹芯板的吸声性能与极限承载力,根据声学的有关知识和结构的基本原理[1],对组合板进行分析,用混响室法进行试验测量,同时应用统计能量软件AuToSEA对这一新型板材的吸声性能进行分析,试验结果和统计能量分析的结果吻合良好,两者均说明微穿孔夹芯板具有较大吸声系数,吸声效果很好,并取得同时具有CMA和CNAL资质的测试数据。用有限元理论,分析厚度分别为50、80、100mm的微穿孔组合夹芯板在正向加载和反向加载情况下的抗弯承载力及弯曲变形,分析其受力变形机理,提出剪力分配系数这一概念,从而对最终设计公式进行了修正,并将修正承载力公式计算结果与有限元分析结果和简支梁公式计算结果相比较,验证了修正公式的可行性,给出微穿孔组合夹芯板的承载力设计公式及相关参数。

Abstract:To get the sound absorption and ultimate carrying capacity of micro-perforated composite panel.We use principle of acoustic and structural to analyze the composite panel.At the same time,we use AuToSEA energy method and the reverberation room method to analyze this new panel.The results of tests and energy method are similar.Both results show that this type of micro-perforated composite panel has excellent sound absorption property and the sound absorption insulation tests were conducted with CMA and CNAL endowment.We use Finite Element theory to analyze the bending capacity and deflection of micro-perforated composite panel.Advancing the concept of ratio of shear force and the modified formula.The comparison among the calculation result of simple support formula,carrying capacity of modified formula and FEM calculation shows that carrying capacity of modified formula is feasible.The main parameters are studied and the bending capacity design methods are present finally.
