| 摘 要： | 采用快速社会评价法分析了南水北调西线工程对调水区产生的影响与效益，调水区社会环境对西线工程的适应性和可接受程度，以及调水区受益的持续性，总体上认为调水区不存在制约西线工程建设的重大因素，西线工程的建设还将有效地改善调水区生产、生活条件，促进调水区经济发展。

| Abstract: | The effect of South-North water transfer project on west routing area, the adaptability and acceptability of west routing area to water transfer project, and the durative of the benefit to west routing area are analysed on the basis of fast social appraisal method. It is considered that there isn't any important factor which would restrict the construction and with the construction of west routing project, product condition and living condition of west routing area will rapidly be improved, and economy of west routing area will develop. |
