| 摘 要： | 针对石油化工行业用的锅炉炉管所用的管材进行失效分析及寿命预测，利用主持久强度曲线方法进行综合分析，可较精确地预测锅炉炉管的剩余寿命和适当调整运行温度后的可运行时间，从而指导企业在保证安全前提下对材料充分利用。

| Abstract: | The present paper, analyses on the invalidation and predicts the residual life for the furnace tube material in the industry of petroleum and chemical. By using the method of main endurance strength curve synthetically analyze, can accurately predict the residual life and the runtime after suitability adjust running temperature, and can guide the factory to make the best of materials after assure its safety. |
