变速箱噪声的频谱分析与故障诊断

摘    要:
应用振动、噪声信号频谱分析和相干函数分析技术,从理论上说明变速箱故障诊断的依据。检测了一台噪声严重超标的实际变速箱系统,得到其三向振动和噪声信号。综合分析了实测信号及其计算机数据处理结果,从而得出检测对象出现强烈噪声的主要原因在于其中一对啮合轮发生“嗑碰”

Abstract:
The theory of coherence function and spectrum of vibration and noise signals is applied in gearbox noise analysis in the paper. The basis of fault diagnosis of gearbox is theoretically introduced. An over noisy gearbox typed BJ212 is inspected for fault diagnosis. Based on the real signals of three dimensional vibration and noise of the gearbox, the cause of the fault is ascertained by means of analyzing the spectrums and coherence functions of the signals.
