UHMWPEF缠绕气瓶线型设计与试验

摘    要:根据高压气瓶的设计要求和几何尺寸,选用超高分子量聚乙烯纤维(UHMWPEF)从强度和芯模外型两方面进行了缠绕线型设计.依据网格理论获得了气瓶的螺旋纤维和环向纤维厚度等参数,且对缠绕层数进行理论计算,确定缠绕参数和工艺;调整缠绕角、极孔参数,确定缠绕线型.线型试验结果表明:UHMWPEF在芯模表面既不重叠又不离缝,位置稳定,不打滑.

Abstract:According to the design requirements and geometric dimensions of winding gas cylinder,the winding patter is designed by strength and configuration of mandrel with UHMWPEF.The thickness of the spiral fiber and circumferential fiber for the tank are gained,winding layer is calculated on the basis of netting analysis,and the winding parameters and technics are affirmed.The winding patter is obtained by adjusting winding angle and pore size.The result of winding patter experiment shows that UHMWPEF is neither o...
