电单耗是铜电解车间的一项重要的技术经济指标。本文介绍了贵冶电解车间通过降低吨铜净液量、降低电解槽电压、优化作业流程等措施降低阴极铜电单耗的一些生产实践,阴极铜电单耗由390kWh/t左右降低到364.3kWh/t。

Abstract:
Electricity intensity is an important technical economy indicator in copper electrolysis plant.Some production measures of reducing electricity intensity through decreasing purity liquid amount,reducing electric tank pressure and optimizing operation process are introduced.The electricity intensity of cathode copper is reduced from 390kWh/t to 364.3kWh/t.
